Welcome to H4 Designs LLC — Creative Designs. Smart Finds. Better Living.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the H4 Designs LLC website, online store, products, customization services, and related services.

By accessing this website, creating an order, or purchasing a product from H4 Designs LLC, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated into them by reference.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. H4 DESIGNS LLC

H4 Designs LLC offers original, custom, personalized, manufactured, print-on-demand, 3D-printed, home, gift, and lifestyle products.

The store may also offer selected products manufactured, stocked, shipped, or otherwise fulfilled by independent third-party suppliers. These products may be marketed as Smart Finds or under other H4 Designs LLC collections.

H4 Designs LLC remains the customer-facing store unless otherwise disclosed.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF THE WEBSITE

By using this website or making a purchase, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into the transaction or are using the website with appropriate authorization.

You may not use the website or H4 Designs LLC products or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with the security, functionality, operation, or availability of the website.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

H4 Designs LLC makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, specifications, colors, pricing, and availability.

However, actual product appearance may vary because of lighting, photography, monitor or mobile-device settings, manufacturing processes, materials, supplier variations, or other factors.

Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

H4 Designs LLC reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information when appropriate.

4. H4 ORIGINALS

H4 Originals may include:

Custom 3D-printed products
Vases
Personalized gifts
Keychains
Coasters
Home décor
Custom-design products
Made-to-order merchandise
Other original H4 Designs LLC products

Because some H4 Originals are handmade, made-to-order, customized, or manufactured using processes such as 3D printing, minor variations in texture, surface appearance, dimensions, color, layer lines, or finish may occur.

Such normal manufacturing characteristics do not necessarily constitute defects.

5. PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM ORDERS

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information submitted for personalized or custom products.

This includes names, spelling, wording, dates, photographs, graphics, colors, dimensions, sizes, quantities, and other customization selections.

H4 Designs LLC is not responsible for errors contained in information submitted or approved by the customer, except as otherwise required by law.

H4 Designs LLC reserves the right to reject customization requests that reasonably appear to violate applicable law, intellectual-property rights, platform requirements, or H4 Designs LLC policies.

6. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

When you submit photographs, artwork, logos, text, trademarks, designs, or other materials for customization, you represent that you own the material or have sufficient authorization to use it for the requested purpose.

You grant H4 Designs LLC and its production or fulfillment providers the limited permission necessary to reproduce and process that material solely for purposes reasonably related to completing your order.

Customers are responsible for claims arising from materials they submit to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the website.

H4 Designs LLC may change prices at any time before an order is completed.

The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed and accepted during checkout, subject to correction of material errors as permitted by applicable law.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when required.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

8. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that H4 Designs LLC has accepted the order for fulfillment.

H4 Designs LLC may cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary because of circumstances such as:

Product unavailability
Supplier inventory changes
Pricing or listing errors
Payment authorization problems
Suspected fraud
Shipping restrictions
Customization concerns
Intellectual-property concerns
Technical errors
Other legitimate fulfillment problems

If H4 Designs LLC cancels a paid order before fulfillment, amounts owed for the canceled merchandise will be refunded as required by applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.

9. ONE-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may request cancellation within one (1) hour after an order is placed.

Cancellation requests should be submitted promptly to:

Please provide your name, order number, email address used for the order, and cancellation request.

Because orders may be transmitted to a production or fulfillment provider quickly, H4 Designs LLC cannot guarantee cancellation after production or fulfillment has begun.

After the one-hour cancellation period has expired, orders are considered final and generally cannot be canceled except where required by applicable law.

10. ALL SALES FINAL — NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

All sales are final.

H4 Designs LLC generally does not accept returns or exchanges.

This policy applies particularly to personalized, customized, made-to-order, print-on-demand, and 3D-printed products.

The no-return policy does not eliminate rights or remedies that customers may have under applicable law, including remedies that may apply when merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Customers should review the separate Shipping, Cancellation & No-Return Policy before purchasing.

11. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact:

Please provide the order number, an explanation of the issue, and clear photographs of the merchandise and packaging when applicable.

H4 Designs LLC may request additional information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.

Available remedies will depend on the circumstances, applicable supplier requirements, and applicable law.

12. THIRD-PARTY AND SUPPLIER-FULFILLED PRODUCTS

Certain products may be manufactured, stored, processed, or shipped by independent suppliers or fulfillment providers.

Supplier-fulfilled products may ship from different facilities and may arrive separately from H4 Originals or other products in the same order.

H4 Designs LLC does not guarantee that every item in a multi-product order will arrive in the same package or on the same date.

Supplier availability may change without notice. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, H4 Designs LLC will address the affected order in accordance with applicable law and store policies.

13. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing and delivery times vary according to the product, supplier, production requirements, destination, and shipping carrier.

Unless expressly identified as guaranteed, delivery dates and delivery windows are estimates.

H4 Designs LLC is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, supplier delays, holidays, customs procedures, incorrect customer addresses, or similar circumstances, subject to applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

14. FREE SHIPPING

H4 Designs LLC may offer free shipping on certain products, collections, promotions, or orders.

Free shipping does not necessarily mean that shipping has no underlying cost. H4 Designs LLC may absorb or incorporate fulfillment and shipping expenses into its pricing structure.

Eligibility and availability may vary.

15. SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

An order containing products from different production facilities or suppliers may arrive in multiple packages.

Customers may receive separate tracking numbers and delivery dates.

A partial delivery does not necessarily indicate that another item in the order is missing.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, H4 Designs LLC's original designs, artwork, graphics, logos, photographs, written content, branding, product designs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to H4 Designs LLC and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No H4 Designs LLC content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.

Third-party trademarks, product names, photographs, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

17. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use this website to:

Commit fraud or other unlawful acts;
Infringe intellectual-property rights;
Transmit malicious software;
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or customer information;
Submit false or misleading information;
Interfere with website operations;
Scrape or commercially exploit protected H4 Designs LLC content without authorization; or
Engage in conduct prohibited by applicable law.

H4 Designs LLC may restrict access or cancel transactions associated with prohibited conduct to the extent permitted by law.

18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

H4 Designs LLC may use third-party platforms and providers for website hosting, e-commerce functionality, payment processing, production, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, communications, and other services.

Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.

H4 Designs LLC is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

19. PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the store will be handled according to the H4 Designs LLC Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Certain information may need to be provided to payment processors, suppliers, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, or other service providers to process and fulfill an order.

20. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the extent permitted by applicable law, products and services are provided subject to the warranties and representations expressly stated by H4 Designs LLC, the applicable manufacturer, or supplier.

H4 Designs LLC does not disclaim or limit warranties, consumer protections, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, H4 Designs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, products, or services where such liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

22. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold H4 Designs LLC harmless from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement caused by content or materials you submit for customization.

23. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

24. NO WAIVER

Failure by H4 Designs LLC to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not necessarily constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it later.

25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

H4 Designs LLC may update these Terms periodically.

The current version will be posted on the website with its effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by applicable law.

26. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the state in which H4 Designs LLC is legally organized or otherwise applicable to the transaction, without limiting consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
